1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winmyr ("winmyr", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the winmyr website located at winmyr.one and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, accessing the winmyr platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game offered by winmyr, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You have read and accept the winmyr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;

• Single Account: You may only hold one registered account on the winmyr platform. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Account: You must be registering on your own behalf. Acting as an agent or nominee for another person is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion at winmyr or any other gaming operator.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, agent, or close associate of winmyr or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

winmyr reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access winmyr's paid services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: As a condition of processing withdrawals and as required by our gaming authority licence, winmyr will request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad or valid passport) and may request proof of address and source of funds. Verification is typically a one-time process.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmyr login credentials.
• You must notify winmyr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• winmyr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account sharing or transfer of accounts to other persons is strictly prohibited.
• winmyr reserves the right to close any account that contains materially false or misleading registration information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winmyr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winmyr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed on the cashier page at time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your winmyr balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. winmyr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• All deposit funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to KYC verification.
• winmyr targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business hours. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times.
• winmyr reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at time of request.
• Withdrawals that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withheld until wagering conditions are satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

winmyr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• winmyr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at its sole discretion with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for promotional gain, exploitation of perceived software errors, or collusion between accounts, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• winmyr reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game participation on the winmyr platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the winmyr system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed at the point of betting. winmyr reserves the right to modify stake limits without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: winmyr reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction during a live casino or slot session, the round will be voided and the stake returned. winmyr's recorded game logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: winmyr is not responsible for bets or game outcomes affected by the player's internet disconnection. Where a live casino hand or slot spin was initiated before disconnection and completed by the system, the outcome stands.
• Sportsbook Events: Specific sports betting rules — including settlement rules, abandonment policies, void conditions, and in-play betting rules — are governed by the winmyr Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmyr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one winmyr account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or on the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any form, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting schemes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in winmyr's platform or games — any such errors must be reported to winmyr support immediately;
• Using the winmyr platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the winmyr platform from a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses winmyr staff, support agents, or other players.

winmyr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and report relevant conduct to appropriate legal authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

winmyr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered winmyr players and can be configured directly through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with configurable alert notifications.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your winmyr account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the winmyr platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, text, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of winmyr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

winmyr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or publicly displaying any platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any winmyr software;
• Using any winmyr brand name, logo, or trademark without prior written authorisation;
• Framing or scraping the winmyr website or its content for any commercial purpose.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• winmyr provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• winmyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.
• winmyr's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the three months preceding the claim.
• winmyr is not responsible for losses resulting from the player's internet connectivity, device failures, or third-party system outages beyond winmyr's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winmyr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by winmyr's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

winmyr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at winmyr.one/privacy-policy. By using the winmyr platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winmyr uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and communications relating to your account and platform services. winmyr will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

winmyr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the winmyr platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the winmyr platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the closure procedures described in these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which winmyr holds its gaming licence from the applicable international gaming authority.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the winmyr platform, you must first contact winmyr's customer support team, providing full details of your complaint. winmyr will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by winmyr's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
